Ambawang – Work ethic training has been held well on April 30th – May 2nd 2013 followed by 45 employees of Pancur Kasih Credit Union. The training was conducted in Sungai Ambawang, RRC (Rumah Retret Constantini). The training was officially opened by Domitius, S.H, M.H as Chief Human Resource Development. He said that work ethics training was purposed to Pancur Kasih Credit Union’s employees to have better ethic working. He also hoped after getting this training; the employees could apply the work ethics to service the members.
As the expert of motivator in work ethics, Frans Budi, Founder Heart Speaks Indonesia, has accepted many awards either national or international awards. He has also given training to various kinds of academics such as banker, lawyer, medical, and civil servants.
Participants, who come from the employee the newest or oldest the employees whom never got work ethics training before, were following enthusiastically. The materials are adjusted to the employee’s field and position in the office. Frans Budi said that it was the first time he could be in West Borneo. But, the young motivator could friendly with others. It could be shown by his attitude by discussing with participants at the break time.
Motivator gave the material ‘Become an Effective and Excellent Individual’ by giving the real examples in daily life and there was a trick that is still related to the material in order to comprehend the material better. For example, everybody must have a strong desire to hit the target. We can give an example as if there are 2 participants to jump, but they have already passed the maximal target. Because of having a great desire, the participant could pass over the target. Another example that is still relates to the material, participants are taught to control their mind by moving a pendulum based on mind direction.
At the end of the session he said that everybody could be a successful person, it depends their-self whether want to be successful people or be failed people. Success people should have 7 behaviors, they are pro-active, start from the last purposes, main priority, they must have win-win solutions, try to understand first, synergy, and learn ongoing.
